Music Together of Blackstone Valley
Our Policies

Make-Up Classes
All families are entitled to two make-up classes per semester. To schedule, go to the home page of this site and click "make-up scheduler".

Class Guests
Up to two grandparents and other adult extended family are welcome to attend class anytime. All guests are expected to participate in our musical activities.

Unregistered children may join you in our class no more than twice per semester. The fee for this service is $10 per child, payable at the time of class.

Tuition
Full semester tuition payment is due before the first week of class.

Tuition includes all of the semester classes as well as two professionally produced CD's, one songbook and a parent guide DVD. These family materials will not be provided until full payment is made.

Tuition includes a $50 non-refundable deposit. Tuition will be refunded (minus the registration fee) until the first day of class.

No refunds will be made after the first class.

Food and Drink
You may bring a drink for yourself or your children in a spill proof cup.

Nursing mothers are welcome to discreetly feed their children in our classes.

We have many children in our classes with food allergies. Please do not bring food into the classroom.

Inclement Weather
If Milford Public School is closed, MTBV will also be closed. The home page of this site will be updated as early in the morning as possible. Our outgoing voicemail message will also be updated so if you are unsure, please call (508) 733-2299. If class is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will make it up at a later date.

Illness
We offer you two make-up classes per semester (see above) so please stay home if parent or child has any of the following symptoms:

runny nose with thick green or yellow mucous
deep cough
fever vomiting
upset stomach
head lice

Other Details
Please arrive approximately five minutes early for your class. Our teachers strive to start each class on time.

Please leave toys and other distractions in the car.

The management at American Karate and Fitness respectfully requests that we remove our shoes before entering the classroom. Socks are recommended.

The instruments that we use in class are cleaned with a solution of Listerine and water. If your child puts an instrument in his/her mouth, please place it out of circulation in our "wet basket" so it can be cleaned before it's next use.

If an MTBV teacher becomes ill and cannot find a substitute for her class, class will be cancelled and we will make it up to you at a later date.

Thank you!
