Our Music Together^® classes are held at American Karate and Fitness, 2 Cape Road, Milford,MA, which is route 140. From route 495 take exit 18 and go left off the exit. Continue straight for approximately 3 miles until you come to the intersection of route 140. Take right onto 140 and travel for approximately 2.5 miles. After you pass McDonalds on the left, AKF is about another 1/2 mile also on the left, in the same building as Dominos Pizza. If you see Milford Hospital, you went too far.

From route 16 in Milford, follow until you see Milford Hospital on your right. Take a left onto route 140. AKF is about 1/2 mile up on your right.


Parking is permitted in the AKF lot, the Dominos lot, the street, and behind the building.
